Superbly refreshing and uplifting, our organic peppermint essential oil is a wonderful addition to your aromatherapy tool kit.  Peppermint essential oil has been known to help with headaches, migraines, stomach cramps, and nausea, as well as muscle aches and bruising.

• Vaporise/Diffuse 1 or 2 drops around your room for 30 minutes to freshen the air
• Use 1 drop on a tissue, and inhale, to help ease a headache
• Blend 1 drop peppermint, 2 drops lavender, 2 drops frankincense in 15mls of your preferred carrier oil, and massage into aching muscles, or add the blend to your post-exercise bath
