Pilates Head Block – Grey

At 1″ in thickness, this small Pilates head block is used to slightly raise the head in reclining postures in order to achieve the correct neck alignment. Created from non-toxic EVA foam which provides firm support, and is durable so great for a busy Pilates Studio!. This block can also be used to correct the tilt on the pelvis, or for support between the knees. Single block only.
